We are very different from other florists. Our entire focus is dedicated to creating a comprehensive client experience. As event specialists, your wedding is our highest priority.
Working with our unique process includes a Design Interview, where we take the time to fully understand the complete aesthetic of your wedding. Your flowers then become an integral part of your of your wedding design.
FIVE SIMPLE STEPS..
1. MAKE YOUR INITIAL INQUIRY:
Complete the Wedding Information Form
This gives our team the general information about your wedding, such as your date and wedding location, and a framework for us to prepare for the Design Interview.
2. MEET WITH OUR DESIGNERS:
Schedule your Design Interview
As part of working with us at Bloom Event Designs, we require a design interview during the planning process. The interview allows us to gain a deep understanding of your style, preferences, color palette and specific details that you envision for your wedding florals. This serves as the foundation on which we build our exquisite designs.
We suggest setting aside approximately 2 hours for your Design Interview, as we will be discussing all aspects of your wedding, including your ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and beyond. We firmly believe that the personalized attention and detailed understanding we gain from the Design Interview are the cornerstones of our success in surpassing your expectations.
As we share our intellectual property and design ideas with you, there is a nominal fee of $250 for the Design Interview, that is credited to the contract amount when you choose us as your wedding floral designers.
3. RECEIVE YOUR DETAILED PROPOSAL
We schedule your Proposal Presentation
After the Design Interview we prepare your comprehensive Wedding Floral Proposal, including digital mock-ups of your floral choices. During the presentation we will thoroughly review all aspects of the Proposal, and make any adjustments in real time.

4. MAKE A WISE DECISION:
Secure Bloom Event Designs as your wedding florist!
Our contract is easy to accept and sign online, and we will be fully a member of your wedding team once the retainer is paid.
5. ENJOY:
Your wedding florals will be gorgeous!
Now you can relax because we have it all under control. We will personally deliver bouquets and pin on the boutonnieres, and ensure that everything is executed flawlessly.
