Once upon a time, Bonnie owned a successful wedding venue before becoming a floral designer trained by the best in the business, and Kim is an award-winning wedding officiant and a Certified Floral Designer. Combining our floral design expertise with the thousands of weddings we've performed & executed, we approach designing flowers for your wedding with the overall wedding design in mind, so your flowers are an integral part of the complete look and feel of your big day.

We've all seen those gorgeous Pinterest pictures of weddings full of fabulous flowers, but we know that in reality those wedding florals must have cost many tens of thousands of dollars, and few of us can spend such a large chunk of change on just one element of a wedding. Whether your floral budget is under $5,000, $15,000, or $25,000 or more, we can make your flower dreams come to life! Through our extensive knowledge of flowers and foliage, and our sheer creativity, we can often find ways to keep costs down by repurposing arrangements and suggesting substitutes, while fashioning florals that fulfil your desire for a luxurious look.

Your floral wedding vision is easy to achieve:
1. MAKE YOUR INITIAL INQUIRY:
Complete the Wedding Information Form
This gives our team the general information about your wedding, such as your date and wedding location, and a framework for us to prepare for the Floral Styling Session.
2. MEET WITH OUR DESIGNERS:
Schedule your Floral Styling Session
A unique element of working with Bloom Event Designs is our Floral Styling Session - our comprehensive design planning process. During the Floral Styling Session we'll gain a deep understanding of your style, preferences, color palette, and the specific details that you envision for your overall wedding design and florals. This serves as the foundation upon which we design your exquisite wedding flowers. We'll prepare Floral Suggestion and Pinterest boards ahead of our Session so you'll have pictures of flowers, foliage, bouquet styles, and design ideas to begin designing your dream wedding.
We suggest setting aside approximately 2 hours for your Floral Styling Session, as together we'll discuss all aspects of your wedding, including your ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and beyond. We firmly believe that the personalized attention and detailed understanding we gain from the Floral Styling Session are the cornerstones of our success in bringing your floral vision to life.
As we share our intellectual property and design ideas with you, there is a nominal fee of $250 for the Floral Styling Session, that is credited to the contract amount when you choose us as your wedding floral designers.
3. RECEIVE YOUR DETAILED PROPOSAL
Schedule your Proposal Presentation & engage BED as your wedding florist
After the Floral Styling Session, we prepare a detailed Wedding Floral Proposal especially for you, including digital mock-ups of your floral choices. During the presentation we will thoroughly review all aspects of the Proposal, and make any adjustments in real time.
Once you are completely delighted with the Proposal, it's easy to engage our services by signing the online contract and making your retainer payment.
4. DETAILS CHECK IN CALL:
Check-in 45 days before your wedding
45 days before your wedding we'll check in with you to make sure any changes and all the details are covered. You can make changes up until 30 days before your wedding, so this is a great time to finalize all the little details that will make your wedding flowers just what you dreamed of.
5. ENJOY YOUR WEDDING DAY:
Know your dream wedding vision has come to life in fragrance & color with gorgeous florals!
Now you can relax because we have it all under control. We will personally deliver bouquets and pin on the boutonnières, and take care that everything is executed beautifully!
